Lately my life has consisted of 5 things: working, being a mom, eating, working out, and sleeping. I barely have 5 minutes for anything else but I have to say that I like it that way! It really makes the time fly until we move. The main reason for my post today is to tell you all about one of the most wonderful things I have discovered in the last few months... Many of you know what it is like to experience the "post-baby mommy body". I have hated lugging around the extra pounds and I really hated not fitting into my clothes. So after some encouragement from my mom I joined Weight Watchers with her at the end of January. I am happy to report to you all that I have lost almost ALL of my pesky baby weight and it was sooooooo EASY! I have tried diets before and nothing really worked until Weight Watchers! If any of you are having a hard time getting rid of the baby-flub and hate dieting give WW a try. I promise you won't be disappointed!
